Don't land up in the trap of issuing poorly formatted invoices in Microsoft Word or Excel, because you think this is the simplest way. This does not look professional and can very quickly reflect badly on the products and services you provide. Always try your hardest to create high quality, professional looking quotations and invoices.

There are three basic considerations you must look at when your business wants to issue high quality quotes and invoices. This article will assist you find these 3 points and implement them. Spelling

Got spellcheck? Use it! Simply spelling your customers business name incorrectly in a quote or invoice can make them think twice about using your services in future. Bad spelling makes you look unprofessional, like you don\'t give attention to detail. Check spelling, not only for client\'s details, but in your service descriptions and any other text that appears on your invoices.
